TrueKeratin online orders ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Orders submitted by 11am EST are typically processed within 2 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). Please factor in this processing time when placing your order. We offer FREE shipping for orders within the United States. We have a flat rate fee of $45 for international orders. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
CANCELLATIONS
Upon request, orders can be cancelled before they’re processed in the warehouse. Once the order is processed, customer will need to ship it back to TrueKeratin for a refund.
RETURNS
Only products purchased on www.true-keratin.com website may be returned for refund or exchange.
TruKeratin return policy allows customers to return eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund. In the case of damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. Customers must pay the return shipping cost. TrueKeratin is not responsible for any shipping damage or lost parcels on return shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS).

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
